How a marketing studio actually runs.
Five stages, from the day you open a workspace to the report that closes each month. None of it happens in an inbox.
From signing up to the first report
You open a workspace
No sales call to book first. Your brand is read from your website and your social pages while you finish signing up, so the first screen is already about you rather than empty.
A brand profile is drafted, then reviewed by a person
Listening, reading, drafting, reviewed — the profile is proposed from what was found and what you answered, and a senior strategist signs it before anything is made from it. It is never guessed and never left to a model.
The month is planned, then approved
The plan for the month is agreed before anything is produced. That is the step that makes the rest of it predictable, and the reason the delivery dates are the same every month.
Nothing publishes until you say so
Every piece waits in your approvals queue as a decision rather than an email thread. You approve it or request changes, and the request goes to the person who made it.
Results come back from the platforms
Performance is read from the channels themselves rather than retyped into a slide, and the report is published on a date rather than promised for one.
What the brand profile holds
It is the thing every piece of work argues from, which is why it is reviewed by a person before a single asset exists.
- What the brand is for, and who it is speaking to.
- The pillars it keeps returning to, in its own words.
- The voice — how it sounds, in each language it speaks.
- What it never says, which is the half most briefs leave out.
The same dates, every month
Two delivery dates, a review and a report. The work is never a question of when.
Plan approved. Campaign live.
Next campaign live. Month scheduled.
Performance reviewed.
Report delivered. Next plan ready.
Every piece reviewed by your strategist.
Let’s start on the 1st.
What people ask at this point
How long before the first work lands?
The delivery dates are the 1st and the 15th, and which of them your first month starts on is agreed when the plan is. The plans page states the turnaround each tier carries.
What happens if I do not approve something?
It does not publish. You request changes instead, and the request goes back to the person who made the piece rather than into a queue. Nothing goes out on a deadline you did not agree to.
Who can see the workspace?
Whoever you invite. There are no seat fees, so the answer does not have to be "whoever we bought licences for".
Do I have to use the workspace?
It is where approvals and reports live, so in practice yes — and that is the point. An approval in an email thread is an approval nobody can find in March.
