Marketing retainer pricing

What am I committing to?

The plan price is fixed for twelve months, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

When does work arrive?

On the 1st and the 15th, every month. The plan for the month is approved on the first date and the next campaign goes live on the second; performance is reviewed and the report is delivered before the month closes.

How is paid media charged?

A flat fee, never a share of your spend. Your advertising budget stays in your own ad account, which means you keep the history, the audiences and the account if you ever leave.

What currency are the prices in?

US dollars. A single currency is quoted so that one plan has one price everywhere, and so an assistant asked what Grokerz costs cannot answer two different real numbers to two different people.

Who reviews the work before I see it?

Your strategist. Every piece is reviewed by the senior person who owns your account before it reaches your approvals queue — that review is part of the plan, not an upgrade.

Can I start smaller than a retainer?

Yes. The AI Visibility Audit is a one-week engagement that reports where your brand appears in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI answers and what to change.

How it works

How long before the first work lands?

The delivery dates are the 1st and the 15th, and which of them your first month starts on is agreed when the plan is.

What happens if I do not approve something?

It does not publish. You request changes instead, and the request goes back to the person who made the piece rather than into a queue.

Who can see the workspace?

Whoever you invite. There are no seat fees, so the answer does not have to be "whoever we bought licences for".

Do I have to use the workspace?

It is where approvals and reports live, so in practice yes — and that is the point.

AI Visibility Audit

Is this an SEO audit?

No, and the two answer different questions. An SEO audit asks why you rank where you rank.

What if the answer is that we do not appear at all?

That is the common result and it is the useful one. Not appearing is a fixable state with identifiable causes; appearing wrongly is the harder problem, because something on the web is telling the engine something you would not.

Do I have to buy a plan afterwards?

No. It is a one-week engagement that stands on its own.

Can you guarantee an assistant will mention us?

No. Nobody who controls neither the model nor the rest of the web can, and anyone who guarantees it is telling you something about themselves rather than about your visibility.

How do I know you can do this?

Check the five things above against this site rather than taking our word for it.

Content marketing services

Is this written by AI?

AI is used and we publish exactly where. Our AI use disclosure names what it is allowed to touch, what it is never allowed to do, and what every run records — the provider, the model, the outcome and the prompt template.

Do you write Arabic, or translate into it?

Written. Arabic is a first language here rather than an export format — this site is built Arabic-first and so is the platform behind it.

Who decides what gets written?

The monthly plan does, and it is approved before anything is made.

Who owns the work?

You do, on payment. That is in the terms of service, not in a conversation.

Creative design services

Do you use AI images?

Where it helps, and disclosed. The AI use disclosure is published and states what the model may and may never do.

Will Arabic artwork just be the English one flipped?

No. Arabic is set natively, in an Arabic face, with its own line breaks and its own composition.

What if we already have a brand book?

It becomes the source. Your Brand Brain holds your colours, fonts and rules, and the work is made against them rather than around them.

Who owns the files?

You do, on payment — the terms of service say so.

Short-form video production

Do you shoot, or only edit?

The published service is editing — short-form edits cut for each platform.

Why separate cuts instead of one export?

Because a Reel, a TikTok and a Short are different lengths, different safe areas and different first three seconds.

Can you caption in Arabic?

Yes, set natively in an Arabic face. Arabic captions that were typed into a Latin tool arrive shaped wrong or reversed, and it is obvious to every viewer who reads Arabic.

Who owns the footage and the edit?

You do, on payment, per the terms of service.

Paid media management, flat fee

Why a flat fee instead of a percentage?

Because a percentage pays us to spend more of your money. A flat fee means the recommendation to cut a campaign costs us nothing, which is the only arrangement under which that recommendation is worth anything.

Whose ad account is used?

Yours. Your budget stays in your own account, which means you keep the spend history, the audiences, the pixel and the account itself if you ever leave.

Is the ad spend included in the plan price?

No, and it never passes through us. The plan price is the management fee; what you spend on advertising is yours, set by you, and paid by you to the platform.

Which platforms?

Meta, Google, TikTok and Snap are the published set. Your workspace shows what each channel returned, read from the platforms rather than retyped.

What is AI search visibility?

Whether an assistant mentions you when somebody asks it a question in your category — and whether what it says is right.

How is Arabic search different?

Different queries, different intent and a much thinner field of competitors.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody who controls neither the algorithm nor your competitors can, and an agency that guarantees a position is telling you something about itself.

Can I start with just an audit?

Yes. The AI Visibility Audit is a one-week engagement, and its fee is credited against your first month if you go on to a plan.

Social media management

Do you post without asking us?

Only if you tell us to. The default is that every piece waits in your approvals queue and nothing is published until somebody on your side has said yes.

What does "two listening sweeps a day" mean?

Mentions, comments and messages are swept twice daily rather than whenever somebody happens to open the app.

Who replies to comments?

That is agreed in your plan before the month starts, because it is a decision about your voice rather than about our workload.

Do we keep our accounts?

They were always yours. We publish into them; we do not hold them.

Email marketing and automation

Do you work with our existing email platform?

That is settled in your plan before anything is built, because the answer depends on what you already have and what it can do.

What is a lifecycle flow?

An email sequence triggered by what somebody did rather than by a date — signing up, buying, going quiet.

Will you buy or scrape a list?

No. A bought list damages your deliverability for every genuine subscriber you have, and the damage outlasts whatever the list was for.

Who owns the list and the flows?

You do. Rights transfer on payment, and the list was never ours to begin with.

Landing pages and conversion work

Do you rebuild our whole website?

The published service is landing pages and conversion work. A full site is scoped in your plan before it is started rather than assumed into it.

Where do the leads go?

Into your CRM as records, so they can be worked and counted.

Will the Arabic page be the English one mirrored?

No. Right-to-left is a layout, not a flip: the reading order, the form fields and the numbers each behave differently, and a mirrored page gets all three wrong.

Who owns the page?

You do, on payment, per the terms of service.
